Our Women Leadership Academy identifies and nurtures 50 young women from disadvantaged backgrounds to become changemakers in their communities. Through workshops, mentorship, and real‑world projects, we build confidence, public speaking, and leadership skills.
Program Components
- Leadership Workshops – 5 intensive sessions on communication, decision‑making, and team building: $2,500.
- One‑on‑One Mentorship – Connect each participant with a successful woman mentor for 1 year: $5,000.
- Community Impact Projects – Seed funding for each participant to lead a project in her village: $2,500.
- Graduation & Networking Ceremony – Connect participants with employers and leaders: $1,000.
